Professor Khalid Mahmood praised the services of Pakistan Scientific and Technological Information Centre (PASTIC) in boosting the culture of research in Pakistan. He applauded the role of PASTIC in helping academic and research libraries to set up a system of resource sharing and cooperation. He congratulated Director General, PASTIC Prof. Dr. Muhammad Akram Shaikh and Principal Librarian, Syed Habib Akhter Jafri for their untiring efforts in this regard. He was addressing the participants of a seminar organized for the librarians of the Punjab University.
