‘Social Media is the Only Solution for Libraries to Serve the Post-COVID Generation,’ Professor Khalid Mahmood was addressing an international webinar on ‘Targeting YouTube generations: Libraries’ role beyond COVID-19.’ He highlighted the effective role of video sharing social media platforms like YouTube in providing a variety of services by libraries in the pandemic situation when library users were forced to stay at their homes. He also shared his experience on starting a YouTube channel for his students and colleagues to disseminate his knowledge about research methods and other educational issues.
