I am a Tenured Professor of Information Management and the Pro Vice-Chancellor at the University of the Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan. Formerly, I have served as the Acting Vice-Chancellor; the Dean, Faculty of Information and Media Studies; Dean, Faculty of Economics and Management Sciences; and Director, Institute of Information Management at the university.
With a qualification of post-doctoral research at the University of California, Los Angeles, USA, and 35 years of experience in the field of education I have about 250 publications in my credit. I have supervised many doctoral, M.Phil. and masters theses.
I am working for many research journals as editor, reviewer and editorial board member. I have conducted many training programs for librarians and faculty of higher education institutions.
